Who has not heard of this incredible, iconic Neoclassic Chateau being restored by the intrepid, dedicated Australian couple - Craig and Karina Waters - since 2011 ? It’s the most glorious building sitting atop steep, rolling hills overlooking one of the most beautiful corners of France.
