and when it does, we like to know what our options are.

Covid has put a total damper on travel: Sudden travel restrictions imposed by your home country or the country you are traveling to (France and beyond) can prohibit you from traveling. I get it.

If Covid-related restrictions require us to cancel or postpone the trip or prohibit you from traveling, you will have these options

1) Joining us on the rescheduled trip at a later date

2) Applying your payment(s) towards a different trip, or

3) Receiving a refund

Non Covid Cancelations:

Because there are up-front costs involved in organizing these adventures, such as deposits for lodging and other vendors, we can’t give you a refund if your plans change or you are unable to travel because of personal health issues, work or family commitments, financial hardship or any other reason other than government imposed Covid-19 travel restrictions which impact everyone.

Travel Insurance, particularly “cancel for any reason” insurance, is the best and only option available to you that can reimburse you if you are unable to join the trip.

There are many excellent options for “cancel for any reason” Travel Insurance. Please purchase your insurance from a trusted source.

What’s not included:

Transportation from where ever in the world you may be. All trips begin at the location specified. You are responsible for your own airfare, ship, train or car rental.

Wine or other alcoholic beverages beyond what is provided at meals. Additional wine or alcohol can be purchased by you upon request.

Souvenirs or any purchases made by you while we wander are not included. Shipping or mailing of said purchases are not included either.

Medical Travel Insurance:

While France has excellent and reasonably priced health care that won’t break the bank should something arise, please check with you health insurance carrier to see what is and isn’t covered when you travel abroad. (NOTE: Medicare only covers you in the USA). If you have any concerns, do purchase travel health insurance so your mind will be at ease and you can enjoy your trip.
